Hawk (uncropped)Here's the original version of the hawk. The technique is pretty easy, all you have to do is learn how to take the under painting and use it throughout the piece. In this case i used the under painting for the shadows.
Hawk (cropped)Here's the cropped version. Honest to say, i prefer the uncropped version over this one, just because it looks more loose and painterly, but that's just my taste.
